Berrybrook Farm Fresh Eggs

These large eggs feature a desirable golden-orange yolk and nice firm shell. Perfect for everything from soft boiling for ramen, frying for burgers, or poaching for that sunny Sunday morning Eggs Benedict.

Introducing Double Dude! We took our Daisy Dew non alcoholic hop water and dry hopped it with double mosaic, simcoe, and citra hops. Bright, refreshing, and perfect for afternoon lunch.

Sunshine and White Wine!

  • Mirri Brook Chardonnay: nectarines, papaya, white flowers, and wet stones on the nose. The palate shows ripe citrus and stone fruit with round texture and bright acidity. The finish is long and clean with persistent minerality. 

  • Woolpack Sauvignon Blanc: Aromas of grapefruit, gooseberry, passionfruit, fresh-cut grass, and capsicum. Fresh and juicy, with a pleasing savory character on the mid-palate.

Kumabachi ULT Tuna

ULT (Ultra Low Temperature) means the tuna is frozen at -76°F or colder, typically right on the boat after being caught. This preserves the fish’s color, texture, and flavor much better than standard freezing.

It's primarily used in sushi and sashimi, favored for its deep red color, clean taste, and desirable marbling.

Grown in Duxbury Bay, Massachusetts, they benefit from a mix of cold, clean Atlantic waters and nutrient-rich currents. Island Creek oysters are known for their briny start, buttery texture, and sweet, mineral finish. They hit that sweet spot between East Coast saltiness and West Coast creaminess.

Fresh Idaho Rainbow Trout
