Our diver-caught sea scallops are harvested by hand in the USA. Large, tender, and sweet, these sea scallops are perfect for an unctuous appetizer or desirable dinner!

Swordfish has a mildly sweet, meaty flavor that’s often compared to tuna but with a richer, more buttery profile. Its firm, dense texture makes it ideal for grilling, with a clean finish and subtle oceanic salinity.
