New Zealand King salmon has a rich, buttery flavor with a delicate sweetness and a smooth, velvety texture due to its high oil content. Its clean, ocean-fresh taste is balanced by a subtle umami depth, making it ideal for raw preparations like sashimi or lightly cooked dishes.

We are the only fish case in Sioux Falls with skate wings! Skate wings have a mild, sweet flavor often compared to scallops or crab, with a soft texture that becomes tender when cooked properly. Their subtle brininess and delicate taste pair well with browned butter, capers, or citrus-based sauces.

Halibut has a clean, mildly sweet flavor with a firm, meaty texture that holds up well to various cooking methods. Its lean, flaky flesh offers a delicate taste that pairs well with both bold and subtle seasonings, making it a versatile choice for many dishes.
