Fresh milled local wheat, high quality butter, Valrhona chocolate are some of the fresh ingredients our scratch bakery uses. Choose from our wide assortment of artisan breads, cookies, croissants, cheesecakes, and specialty pastries. We also create unique house made ice cream and sorbet that is available by the scoop or in pints to go.

Get the any time pick-me-up with made to order espresso drinks or our house blend coffee from The Breaks Coffee Roasting Company. We have a selection of teas and other beverages, starting from 8:00 AM. Enjoy our breakfast sandwiches, available for order at the bakery to eat in or for takeout.
