Grown in Duxbury Bay, Massachusetts, these Island Creek Oysters benefit from a mix of cold, clean Atlantic waters and nutrient-rich currents. Island Creek oysters are known for their briny start, buttery texture, and sweet, mineral finish. They hit that sweet spot between East Coast saltiness and West Coast creaminess.

Skuna Bay Salmon is sustainably farmed in the pristine waters off Vancouver Island, British Columbia, where strong tidal currents and cold, oxygen-rich water create ideal conditions for raising premium salmon. Each fish is hand-selected, harvested by specially trained craftsmen, and packed using a meticulous "craftsman harvest" process to ensure top quality and freshness.
