Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in its original condition (if applicable).
Perishable or customized items may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refund & Resend Process
Once we verify your request, we will either:
Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
Send a replacement for the item at no additional cost.
