Blueberry Lemon Trifle
Ingredients:
- 1 Box Iveta Scones
- 1 Jar American Spoon Lemon Curd
- 1 Jar American Spoon Blueberry Fruit Perfect
- 1 pint sweetened Whipped Cream
Procedure:
- Follow the direction on the Scone Box to prepare the scones. Let the scones cool.
- To build individual Trifles, start with a single layer of the scones in an individual ramekin.
- Follow with a layer of the Lemon curd, then the Blueberry, and then the whipped cream.
- If you want to construct multiple levels, start over at procedure 2, but a single level should be sufficient.
- Store in your refrigerator for at least 1 hour until ready to serve.
